QUICK ACTION SECURITY SERVICES is a professionally oriented agency comprising of a large number of experienced Ex Serviceman. The agency is headed by a senior Army officer (Retired Colonel) decorated for Gallantry in action. Having a lot of experience has command and control of troops while still young at age, the officer has served in various operational and other situations gaining much experience in all security related issues from safe guarding of men and material having huge costs - to dealing with terrorists and other possible breaches of security. Aided by a bevy of ex – servicemen this premier agency enabled to provide security in all situations.

The agency is organized on the lines of the military and prefers to have retired army personal having a vast experience of administration in all matters. The personal are also trained for security duties throughout their career, maintain a good turnout, and are well disciplined and dedicated to ensure the performance of their duties diligently and honestly.

The guards of this security agency are trained in drill, fire fighting and method of search using various types of detectors. The strict and professional team members ensure efficient, correct and proper duty by the security guards and the Supervisions. The personal carry a good turnout, and possess professional and impeccable behavior with officers, staff and visitors. At the same time they are enabled to deal with any antisocial or unruly elements by qualified instructors of the agency itself. Refresher courses are conducted on a regular basis for updating and introducing the personnel with new ideas, possible threats or the latest technology gadgets instruments introduced for excellence of security services.

The manpower of the agency is trained to perform duties in different scenarios, may it be offices, IT companies or manufacturing units of various companies. The expertise of the agency also covers the gambit of providing security cover to Institutes, Malls, Bungalows, etc. the minimum educational requirement laid down for the guards is matriculation. They are well versed in soft skills involved in the contact of their duties – politely but firmly being the basic modus operandi. It is ensured that they are capable of reading, writing and conversing in fluent Hindi as well as reasonable English.

The supervisory staff is largely comprised of Junior Commissioned Officers of the services who have a vast experience of security related aspects from their long services career in the services. The agency has its own trained and long services/ head guards for better and prompt communication with the concerned authorities.
